Heavy Gauge Coil Plate Slitting Machine for over 10mm 35T steel coils
Heavy plate slitting machine is specialized production line used to cut wide metal plates (typically 3mm or thicker) longitudinally into multiple narrow strips. Widely applied in steel processing, ERW pipes making, metal profiles roll forming, shipbuilding, pressure vessel manufacturing, construction machinery, and other industries. We design and make 14 x 2000 carbon steel coil slitting line for Indian market, the whole line is about 200T weight, shipped by 8 containers (two of them are flat racks).
Main Components
Composed of uncoiling section, slitting section and recoiling section, as well as hydraulic/pneumatic/electric system and slitting accessories.
Uncoiling section:
35T coil loading car, 35T double mandrels uncoiler, portal frame coil head opener, double pinch rolls & 5rolls preleveler, coil head shear, first pit loop(transmission roll table)
Slitting Section
Central guide, Slitter (dual ratio shift available), edge trimming and winding, second pit loop
Recoiling section
Pre-separator twice, wool felt plate tension, 5rolls tension, deflection roll, recoiler with press separator, coil unloading car
